Principal’s Message

Dear Elden Students, Families, and Staff,

As we prepare to begin a brand-new school year, I find myself reflecting on my very first year as principal here at Elden—and what a truly wonderful year it was. From our exciting holiday sing-a-long to our video of former Eagles sharing their favorite Elden memories, the highlights are endless! The excitement of PARP, our amazing concerts, Open House, two Scholastic Book Fairs, family nights, and the countless moments of laughter and learning in between—it would be impossible to pick a favorite. I am beyond grateful for this wonderful community and how you welcomed me back as principal

I hope your summer has been filled with fun, rest, and special moments with family and friends. This summer has been both peaceful and productive for me. While Elden has been much too quiet without our students and staff, the calm has given me time to prepare for the year ahead. Outside of school, I’ve enjoyed a wonderful vacation and time spent with my family, including my three children—Luca, Sonny, and Bianca—and have cherished this time together. Don’t worry - Reddi came too!

Now, I am looking forward to what promises to be another amazing year together. I can’t wait to welcome our returning Eagles back to the building, as well as meet the many new students who will be joining our school family for the first time. We are also excited to welcome new staff members, who will be introduced in our August newsletter. I am eager for that first moment when we come together as a school community, united in our enthusiasm for the year ahead.

This year will be filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and celebrate each other’s successes. Together—with the support of our dedicated staff, involved families, and incredible students—we will continue to make Elden a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and inspired to soar.

Here’s to a fantastic school year ahead. I am so proud to be your principal, and I can’t wait to see all that we will accomplish together.
