Dear Elden Students, Families, and Staff:

Good Morning!

This past week was filled with meaningful connections and learning at Elden! We were thrilled to welcome Christina DeCaro, Miss Junior High School USA 2025, who shared an inspiring bullying prevention presentation with all of our students.

On Thursday evening, we also hosted our Community Café focused on the Three Bees of Elden – Be Respectful, Bee Responsible, and Bee Safe. It was a wonderful opportunity for open conversation and collaboration with families. Our exchange will remain open until Wednesday, 11/12, and we would love to hear from you! Please take a moment to answer the exchange question at this link.

Looking ahead, please remember there is no school on Tuesday. We’re looking forward to another great week together!

Intramurals with Mr. Cataldi:

Intramural Sign Up

Similar to previous years, we are excited to offer intramurals led by our PE teacher. This year, Mr. Cataldi will be taking the lead and looks forward to welcoming students in grades 3, 4, and 5 on Wednesday mornings from 8:00–8:30 a.m. in the Elden Gymnasium.

Staff Spotlight:

Jessica Turner, Kindergarten

Hi Eagles!

My name is Jessica Turner and I am in my tenth year of teaching kindergarten at Elden! I love teaching kindergarten and watching the growth from September to June.

When I am not at school, you can find me cheering on my three daughters in their various after school activities. We are very busy with soccer, dance, basketball and track.

I am looking forward to a wonderful year at Elden with my new eagles!
